I wanted to write you a note to let you know how AMAZING Melissa Mackey was through out the time that we worked together!!! The rest of the staff was fabulous and so professional. NOw to the food—Unreal! All night long everyone was comlimenting everything!!! Again, Melissa made it ALL so easy for me adn when you have too many women telling you how they think it should be done it sure makes it nice to have her to take charge in suge a pleasant manner. I am so glad we used you and I will recommend you to anyone!!!

I do not know how to really put into words how amazing the food, service, and care everyone at Nancy’s provided. It started on the very first contact a year before the wedding date through the conclusion. Our guests that night kept approaching me and saying the food was so delicious and the service was outstanding. The comments kept coming even after the event. I have to mention Paul Silivos who really knows his stuff and is completely charming in the process. He went above and beyond the scope of our arrangement. We used them for our invitations as well and Hillary was amazing she followed up every way possible by getting additional samples and monitoring the progress of the invites in production until delivery. All I can say is if you are having any type of event in Pensacola Nancy’s is the place to go!!!

We were beyond pleased we chose Nancy’s for our wedding needs. From creating the perfect menu (all of our guests raved about the food), to helping with wedding coordination (I didn’t have to worry about anything because I knew he’d take care of it), Paul was amazing to work with. He truly helped to make my wedding flawless. I will 100% work with Nancy’s again and highly recommend them to others.

Nancy is a pleasure to work with. We had a seated dinner for 176 people and the service was impeccable. She had enough staff to serve all the guests at each table at the same time and the food was delicious. The groom’s family are all foodies from New Orleans and they were totally impressed. Great experience all the way around. I have planned six wedding and this one was a breeze. Nancy is a true professional.

I want to express my thanks to Bridget and Nancy’s Catering for making the USS Wasp Reunion a success. Bridget’s recommendation for the menu within our budget was perfect. Both the chicken and crab cakes were delicious! Her attention to detail and service during the meal allowed me to relax and enjoy the event. I could not have been more pleased.
