We are Nancy & Gus Silivos, you have known us for years as Skopelos Catered Events. We have moved across the street to our new location and with that move have taken a name that embodies who we are and what we do. We are now Nancy’s Haute Affairs; we remain the elite caterer of Northwest Florida. The very definition of Haute defines us… careful preparations, elaborate service, critical acclaim, and, most importantly, obsessive attention to detail. We bring a depth of talent that ensures that your event will be exceptional and remembered.
From corporate parties, grand openings, formal weddings, intimate dinners, seaside crab boils, old fashioned picnics, garden parties, and mardi gras events, we can make your visions a reality. We have a warehouse of wonderful props that we use to create unique buffets. The props and service are a result of years of collecting. From beautiful silver pieces and rare antique finds to a vast array of fun and distinctive items, we continue to search for and to expand our collection and we use them to make your event one of a kind.
Gus Silivos, Chef
Gus is the talent behind the scenes, the real "foodie" of this dynamic duo. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Gus loves what he does and you can taste it in every bite.

you imagined and more.
Kristy Imhof
Kristy is NHA’s resident advisor and she’s been with the team from day one. A former school teacher, Kristy now uses her creative juices for conceptualizing and designing personal wedding stationery, merchandising the storefront and lending her far-out ideas to event planning brainstorming sessions. A passionate lover of food, Kristy considers herself to be Chief Quality Control Officer of anything the kitchen staff whips up!
Paul Silivos
Paul is currently planning events and weddings at NHA. Paul is a natural wordsmith who can put any client at ease and can handle any high pressure situation. Raised in the restaurant business, his experience includes Banquet and Special Events Management where he has choreographed close to 300 events, including up to 70 weddings, per year.
He has a B.S. from Wake Forest University.
Melissa Mackey
Melissa is a wedding and event planner who has an eye for great style. Others follow trends, while Melissa sets them. She has worked with numerous clients planning large corporate galas, extravagant weddings, and high end social events. She brings the experience needed to make any event top notch! Melissa graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Special Events and Communications.
Kate Hendrickson
Kate is our Corporate Catering Director and Operations Manager. An integral part of the team, she's the haute glue that holds us together, and we couldn’t do it without her! Kate has worked in the television and film industry as a production coordinator and manager for companies such as Fox, Disney, Lionsgate, & Comedy Central. Kate holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Southeastern Louisiana University.
Kelly Blackwell
Kelly is a savvy designer who also loves to throw a great party! As a previous banquet manager, senior designer, and media specialist, Kelly brings a broad set of skills with her to NHA. With over fifteen years of experience in the industry, Kelly approaches everything she does from all angles. She holds a B.F.A in graphic design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, as well an AAS in Multimedia Technology.
